| Started in 2000 Fair Investment Company operates one of the UK's leading finance price comparison websites providing news, informed content and services across a range of financial verticals including mortgages, insurance, loans and savings.
We now wish to recruit an Online Marketing executive to help manage and deliver the ppc marketing & effective performance of a number of company websites to meet company financial targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. With training - help with the design and implementation of website marketing campaigns on Search engines such as Google and Yahoo using keyword targeting techniques.
2. Learn to be responsible for monitoring search engine marketing initiatives.
3. Learn to analyse performance on search engine marketing accounts to maintain and improve overall program ROI, including managing monthly budgets.
4. Learn how to use tools for keyword development and campaign analysis.
5. Learn how to use web analytics software to understand visitor behaviour and relate this to marketing campaigns.
It will be essential to have:
1. Good analytical & attention to detail skills
2. Some experience of managing budgets, expectations and delivering results to plan.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
4. Good team player but able to work on own initiative.
5. A thirst for learning and keen interest in the online space.
Desirable skills:
1. Ideally a graduate in Marketing, Business or similar.
2. Understanding of search engine properties, pay for placement/performance search engines, how key word campaigns are purchased and managed and search engine optimization.
3. Some experience of managing and optimising performance of web sites to meet specified conversion criteria.
4. Some experience of managing budgets, expectations and delivering results to plan.
5. Some commercial & financial statistical analysis skills
