Building and Web Design accounts and campaigns. Through liaising closely with the technical team, the role holder will ensure clients are constantly updated with relevant information concerning changes and improvements to their campaigns.
They require someone not only with the online experience but with a conscientious approach, the initiative and confidence to manage their responsibilities and time effectively, to think creatively about solutions to problems and challenges, and to become an integral member of a close-knit team. The will to progress and over achieve are key requirements.
Roles Responsibilities and Activities:
· Manage Pay per Click campaigns and liaise with the in-house technical team and the outsource team to ensure the smooth management of Search Engine Optimisation, Web Design Campaigns and Copywriting services
· Contact clients on an outbound monthly basis, or more regularly if required, to discuss all aspects of their campaigns in addition to receiving inbound queries from existing clients
· To support the department head in the day to day running of a busy technical and account support department.
· Support the field and telesales departments with pre-sales queries and proposals
· Update the Company CRM system to show a visible audit trail of activity within clients accounts
· Inform clients and Head of Search Production of any major changes within a campaign so that full visibility is delivered to the relevant parties
· Show dedication to training and development with the aim of being informed on all Company products and customer benefits of those products
· To demonstrate self-motivation and willingness for personal development above and beyond normal expectations
· Ensuring that Company working policies, standards and procedures are followed at all times
Background and Experience:
· Experience of working within a customer orientated environment
· Working knowledge of CRM and Databases
· Previous web marketing experience in managing PPC, SEO, Design or Link Building Campaigns is obviously an advantage
· General understanding of web design terminology and technology, preferably with experience of creating websites
· Educated to degree standard or equivalent work based experience
· An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Spreadsheets and Word Processing
· A comprehensive understanding of Web Marketing and the Internet
· Desire to develop within the organisation
· Ability to be flexible in approach to work
· Ability to travel as and when required by work
