Job Title: Account Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Nurture and develop 20 to 30 existing clients whilst maintaining strong relationships to retain them.
Generate incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional sponsor placements and proactively pursuing executive-level relationships.
Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences, coordinating with other functional and support areas, including campaign delivery, sales, operations, product development and billing.
Provide a single point of contact for client communications, escalating account concerns and requirements.
Apply analytical skills to understand our client's changing business needs.
Monitor relevant performance metrics and efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Forecast accurately and actively drive the development of commercial services.
 
Experience and Skills required:
An excellent understanding of the online media business, including knowledge of search engines, portals, affiliate marketing and internet advertising.
An ability to communicate value and influence customer decision makers.
An understanding of the psychology of persuasion.
Proven success in client management or successful consultative or solution-selling experience.
Fluent spoken and written English with proficiency in at least one additional European language.
An appreciation of an international and technology oriented business environment.
An entrepreneurial sprit that enjoys working in a people-oriented company, which sets high expectations and treats individuals with respect.
A passionate drive to get things done and build up a young and high potential business.
