| Description |
THE ROLE:
The SEO Account Manager role is responsible for overall client satisfaction, retention and earnings growth for Touch Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) clients. This role will require technical knowledge of SEO, Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). It will also require an understanding of, and experience with, a consultative services business model. Ideal candidate must be very professional, have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills and must be very team-oriented.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ongoing client relations management
- Renewal of existing client accounts
- Upsell and cross sell of existing client accounts
- Sales support for new client opportunities
- Client problem resolution
- Presentation and marketing collateral development
- Client presentations
- Account administration
- Client payment collection assistance to finance department
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Consulting services account management
- Consulting services sales
- Search Engine Marketing and Optimization experience
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Web site development
- Consulting practice development
PEOPLE/INTERPERSONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Obsessed with providing the highest levels of Client care possible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter

EDUCATION:
