Job Description
A successful and growing Search Marketing agency are looking for a Technical PPC Specialist to take on management of a growing number of clients across various sectors including finance, retail, travel and recruitment. Responsible for day to day management and implementation of pay per click campaigns, including bid management, conversion strategies and ROI analysis. The role is also a flexible one that allows involvement in other areas of online marketing including SEO and affiliate marketing.
Duties are as follows;
- To manage implementation of pay per click strategies for up to 20 clients
- To help develop bespoke pay per click campaigns according to each clients objectives and industry
- To setup accurate conversion and ROI tracking systems for PPC campaigns
- To proactively make campaign recommendations to clients
- To utilise bid management tools and data modeling to maximize PPC campaign performance
- To write and test ad copy to ensure optimum click-through rates and low CPC
- To monitor campaign results, analyse and optimise key metrics such as CPA, CPC and CTR's
- To identifying and monitor of fraudulent clicks with a view to obtaining credits from the major search engines.
- To provide regular reports to clients on campaign status and performance
- To manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, frequent conference calls, and presentations.
- To manage client budgets in line with contract terms and performance goals
- To exceed client expectations and performance of pay per click campaigns
- To research and keep up to date with changes in the Search Marketing industry and react accordingly
- To report to Directors on client results and activity
- To work with Directors on improving internal processes and introduce new tools and methods to continuously improve our service to clients

The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years experience in the field of internet marketing where you have strong experience of managing pay per click campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi task in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Excellent account management and client facing relationship skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several simultaneous projects
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and desire to use it
- A passion for web marketing!
