PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide effective on-page and off-page search engine optimisation for each company website to ensure our web standards are at the forefront of the latest search engine optimisation techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write unique articles for publishing on both company websites and external websites
- Through experience, research, analysis and commercial awareness, support the company webmasters to deliver effectively coded web pages for maximum SEO effect
- Through experience, research, analysis and commercial awareness, support the company webmasters to deliver highly effective internal page structures and internal page links
- Manage external web page link building campaigns, paying primary emphasis on quality links
- Through continual research, personal development and website testing, ensure the company web standards are at the forefront of the latest search engine optimisation techniques
- Continually deliver ever improving search results, striving to become number one for each product and each target keyword.
- Utilise external web resources (forums, blogs, review sites etc) to promote the Nimans company websites, in particular to obtain backlinks.
- Undertake any training as necessary.
- Any other duties relevant to the role.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Deliver and exceed traffic volume target.
- Deliver and exceed order conversion ratio target.
- Search results position for each product and each target keyword.
