The only addition for the senior role is the candidates must have proven experience running PPC campaigns for E-commerce sites.
Salary up to £45,000, possibly up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus private health care and quarterly bonus scheme (avg £2,500 per quarter)
Sole agency to my client, a highly successful on-line company, we are keen to appoint both Senior and Account Managers with proven experience of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for E-commerce sites.
We are also looking for the Senior person to also lead by example and mentors a team of Account Managers to consistently deliver first class standards.
You will be responsible for the operation of assigned (SEM) search engine marketing client accounts.
Investigate opportunities and facilitates campaigns through all available marketing channels, with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives.
Helps drive the commercial programme by identifying opportunities.
Assists and support with training and special projects.

Technical: Proficient with using Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
To develop a deep understanding of my clients methodologies, and internal tools, required to deliver SEM campaigns.

Good organisational skills as to ensure high standards of project and campaign delivery.

Accountable for the appropriation of client funds to sustain proficient campaign management.
Responsible for the production and presentation of client facing SEM materials (reports, studies, presentations and proposals).
Possession of client needs/requests and facilitates their completion.
Deliverables: Demonstrates quantifiable success through the achievement of set targets such as account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis etc.
Support and mentor a team of Account Managers assisting them with their individual performance.
Assist with the teams development needs interms of training and personal development.
