The Role:
UM are looking for an experienced Multilingual SEO Executive to join our expanding Search Team. You will be joining a search team of 12 within a department of 30 digital professionals. This role will have a 90% focus on PPC with secondary exposure to SEO, analytics and general online marketing. Previous experience within an agency environment and PPC campaign management is preferred but not essential. You will have the ability to manage your own workload within a results and deadline driven environment, prioritising workflow accordingly. Attention to detail is also a must along with excellent organisational skills, and an analytical mind to provide ongoing reporting and consultancy. You will also be client facing and as such should be well presented, articulate, and a confident communicator. The team is growing rapidly and you can anticipate more responsibility and the opportunity to build on your skills considerably.
Skills & Responsibilities:
(80%) Paid Search Campaign Management
- Keyword generation and selection
- Activity trafficking and effective campaign structuring
- Projected spend, sales or desired actions
- Budget planning
- Scenario modelling (where appropriate)
- Testing strategy (if required)
- Reporting deliverables
- Obtain acceptable client sign off
- Timely and accurate input of buys into DDS
- Implementation of bid management systems and associated rules where required
- Any budgetary issues are flagged up in a timely manner e.g. budget expiry.
- Daily and weekly reconciliation of delivery v objectives (e.g. sales targets, spend, CPA)
- Monitoring competitive bid landscape, harnessing observations to drive competitive advantage for respective clients
- Communication to key stakeholders (UM account teams & client and partner agencies) all campaign relevant updates e.g. milestones, competitive observations, market intelligence
- Collaborate with other teams
- Thorough reporting
- Timely and accurate delivery of campaign reports as agreed with the client / account teams
- Ensuring relevant and insightful commentary, recommendations and required actions are incorporated
(10%) Client service
- Build strong client relationship through quality of thinking and account servicing
- Ensure clients are up to speed with key search developments and that they associate UM as being at the fore-front of these
(10%) Wider online marketing
- Other online marketing activities such as SEO, Affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, social media marketing
Essential Skills:
