As Head of Digital you will be accountable for the successful implementation and delivery of our integrated marketing campaigns for multiple brands. You will therefore need to or ganise the team and its workflow effectively.
You will have proven experience of leading a substantial digital team, with specific attention to search, display, affiliates and email to deliver acquisition results, rich media to deliver strong online communications and generally creating engaging online experiences to promote and maintain customer relationships. Customer engagement being key, you will understand the importance of unique and sticky content, and the role UGC has to play.
You will bring your previous digital knowledge and industry experience to help formulate and refine business planning, and contribute to new business development. You will be accountable for all of the digital team, therefore it is essential that you manage and mentor your team accordingly. You will be on hand to offer advice and praise to develop individual members as well as being able to motivate people to reach their full potential.
You will have an instinctive feel for brands, customers and communications, and have a strong understanding of e-marketing analytics, usability, visual identity and editorial style.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you will work alongside the in-house Marketing and Brand team to:
Develop proactive team strategies for all digital campaigns across our three core brands, and deliver these.
Identify areas of opportunity and present proposed strategies to take maximum advantage of these.
Have overall management responsibility for PPC, SEO, Email, Content and PR teams.
Build and develop external third party relationships.
Be instrumental in developing our Social Media & Online PR strategy going forward, including the building of an internal team and external resources to implement.
