Scope

As an Interactive Media Co-ordinator you will work in a busy digital media department across all online marketing disciplines.

You will be required to support a team of experienced and qualified search marketing specialists, interactive media account executives and managers. 

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support for online marketing campaigns, projects and ad hoc client requests

   

• Co-ordinate information for clients search marketing activity on a daily basis

   

• Produce activity reports on a monthly / weekly basis

   

• Utilise specialist systems to analyse and manage data regarding clients

   

• Field phone calls and pass messages on to the relevant team members

   

• Assist the account management team in monitoring the general digital market and competitor activity, including research into developing technologies e.g. Interactive TV, WAP, Digital Radio

   

Person Specification

• Excellent communication skills

   

• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes, with an excellent working knowledge of Excel

   

• Good organisational skills

   

• Good analytical skills

   

• Able to work on own initiative and as a part of a team

   

• Understanding of and interest in online marketing would be an advantage
