We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of an innovative new social media and digital online strategy.
This digital marketing job sits within the Marketing Department and will see you managing and developing digital innovation at a global level. As well as overseeing insight into customer usage of new digital channels, you'll manage our social media activity and grow our portfolio of web 2.0, mobile and other new technologies. At the same time, you'll liaise with external agencies, take responsibility for our market to market innovations plan (including testing, trialling and rolling out QR code test in Japan and Twitter usage in the UK), and keep the business up-to-date with industry best practice and the latest developments.
Along with experience of working on new digital channels, such as social communities and mobile, you should be an expert in all things innovative and confident in a multi-regional setting. The ability to manage budgets, think strategically and communicate complex and technical ideas clearly will all be essential too.
