BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SALES EXECUTIVE - DIGITAL AGENCY – SURREY Business Development Manager / New Business Sales Executive is needed to join a friendly, Guilford based web design agency. Having quadrupled sales revenues in just 3 years this role presents an exciting opportunity to a proactive Business Development Manager looking to play a key role in building a successful sales strategy and realise it. Read on... Joining this successful Digital Agency you will be a driven individual with a proven sales record, who is willing to take on new challenges and go above and beyond what is needed to drive the company forwards. Reporting into MD level the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in researching new clients, sourcing new leads and selling PPC, SEO and Web solutions. In more detail, your key responsibilities will include: • Driving outbound lead generation and sales activity within the agency • To manage and maintain a sales pipeline ensuring all sales activity is captured within the Salesforce.com CRM system. • To conduct desktop research via the internet, appropriate publications and the telephone in order to identify and qualify new clients, markets and sectors. • Effectively managing your client relationships, demonstrating an ongoing contact plan that shows frequency and type of contact planned. • Engaging new prospects via telephone and mail to secure meetings with the decision makers. • Develop an understanding of prospects marketing strategies, plans and product lines. • Be responsible for promotional activities, e-marketing etc. This role is ideally suited to a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager with previous digital /web agency experience, looking to make a real impact for themselves and the business and reap the rewards that this brings. The successful candidate will possess an enviable black book of industry names and contacts and should also be experienced in building client relationships, developing new accounts. Ultimately we are looking for a team player with drive, enthusiasm, and that all important entrepreneurial spirit! This role would suit a determined Sales Executive with a passion for the digital marketplace who enjoys a fast paced, creative, fun working environment where your input will have a direct contribution towards the company's success.
