A full service Media agency is searching for a PPC / Search Manager to handle a high profile client that invests heavily in advertising.
About the Job
You will:
Act as a senior client-contact and ensure the client receives the highest level of service.
Manage the PPC / Search team on an ongoing basis, maximise team performance and oversee the development of staff.
Develop a system to ensure all stages of PPC process are undertaken while making sure that the agency's PPC product is best-in-market.
Liaise with all departments to optimise team performance and client service.
Develop strong relationships with external suppliers, as well as senior staff members and direct reports within the agency.
Help to deliver content on new business pitches and proposals.
About the Person
You will:
Possess Search / PPC planning and buying experience in a recognised UK media agency along with experience in managing a team.
Have an in-depth understanding of opaque auction models, Quality Score components, and general PPC best practice coupled with a thorough understanding of bid management technologies.
Possess a good understanding of online marketing along with good technical understanding of Internet technologies.
Have strong management, communication, leadership, presentation, client-management and persuasion skills.
Ideally, have a working knowledge of SEO coupled with experience in on-site optimisation systems and new business preparations.
