** Senior Subscriber Data Analyst - Contract - Middlesex or Scotland - £250 to £350 p/day **

This role is responsible for analysis and interpretation of key subscriber behaviour that enables better understanding of key KPIs. This role will be responsible for research and development of key analysis and reporting to aid the decision making process.

Candidates need to have an understanding of Business Intelligence applications, be highly numerate with strong analytical background, extensive experience of analysing and reporting KPIs to senior management, Exceptional problem solving ability and a Proven Track record of delivering quality MI solutions, with the use of Business Intelligence reporting applications: Business Objects, SQL and Data Warehousing are essential.

You'll be responsible for the development of reports and analysis to support key decision makers.
Provide analysis of Business Processes and Systems to enable greater understanding and improve efficiency for customer delivery. Use management information to highlight the impact that factors are having on performance. Provide In depth analysis of subscriber behaviour. Work with the Subscriber Insight Manager and team in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure that business drivers, current business issues & assumptions are understood and reflected within the information that BI provides. Understanding and interpretation of core subscriber reports.
Work in collaboration with other departments and internally within BI to ensure accuracy of data and understanding of processes in order to produce timely, accurate and meaningful management information in the most efficient and effective method and improve understanding of the information that the stakeholders have available to them through communication and the demonstration of benefits.
